Francisco Valle is a Massachusetts native who started his cooking career early with the Culinary Program at Everett High School under the direction of Chef Makredes.  Francisco has left his mark in many Boston kitchens including Artu in the North End and most recently, as the Chef at the Hill Tavern in Beacon Hill.  He is a force in the kitchen and will be a strong leader of the Stillwater culinary team.  Francisco’s pride and joy is his family: sons, Steven and Angel and his wife Deysi.
